Ron Paul: Part One

I had another article written about the entire Ron Paul candidacy, and how I do not support it.   Long and drawn out after just 4 paragraphs but I didn’t have a feel to the piece.

I can say that it is hard for me to sit here and pretend I don’t like Ron Paul.  I think he’s a very nice guy, I think he does believe what he says, and I think Ron Paul has done more good, than bad, for America.  He was the only, the ONLY Republican in 2008 to have the required temerity to even be considered over Obama.

There are a number of reasons, which I will list, that I could never vote for Ron Paul.  There are a lot of things that I like about him as a candidate.  He is against foreign wars like Iraq, against the War on Drugs, very forthright about quite a bit.

But there are a number of things that have been brought up that people do need to be aware of, before making any decision about this candidate.

 Constitution – Doesn’t Pass The 1st Hurdle

 And he is pro-Constitution, right?

Not in the way he should be, is the actual answer.  When asked about prayer in school, Ron Paul said we should not ban it, as the state has no power to do that.

If Ron Paul cannot understand the 1st Amendment; what it means; how it has consistently been interpreted since the day it was written, then why am I going to even consider for a moment he would have any clue about the other 26 Amendments?  This is the kind of answer I would expect out of Rick Santorum.

There is a clear separation of Church and State.  The sad fact is you can fit everyone that states that it doesn’t say that in the Constitution into the same category.  File them under, “Lost.”

Because if you think for one moment I’d let some asshole with a Bible have my kids pray, I’d tell my kids to take a goat to school and sacrifice it to the Devil, just to get my point across.

The only reason this is ever said anymore in America is because people cannot stand that America isn’t a Christian nation.

Paul supporters love to say stupid things, trite little quotations meant to show their prowess over historical studies, such as “America was founded as a Christian nation.”

That is cute because it was not.

America was never meant to be a nation that embraced, or recognized any religion, from any institution.  The only institution in our entire government that this does not apply to is the Federal employee, such as a soldier, who lives on Federal property.  It is then a matter of his civil liberty to have access to the faith of his choice, and this is a clear defining, legally justifiable reason that we have Military Chaplains.

But it stops there, for those that understand Constitutional law, I mean.

Losing Cool Points Fast. At Least He’s Genuine…

To call Ron Paul disingenuous is to say the sun rises in the east every single day.  To call this medical doctor a complete and utter fraud is to put it on the mild side.  If we want to be intellectually honest about the situation with Ron Paul, he is extremely disingenuous.

One would have to be, to be a doctor, and to have the audacity to say Evolution is an unproven theory.

Has this man ever read a book concerning biology?  I really hope for the health of his patients, Ron Paul never even so much as saw them, but sent them to someone who knows evolution is not only an applied field of study through a scientific theory with more evidence to support it than every other scientific theory.

If a medical doctor told me to my face that he feels evolution is really not how things went down, that it is just a theory people put out there, I’d show him the theoretical application of hand ballistics, and knock him out.

Because that’s what you should do as a sane, rational person, to anyone that has a medical degree and has the nerve to tell you that evolution isn’t real.  Knock him down, and tell that idiot he wasted years of precious space and resources in a medical school, learning nothing.

Ron Paul deserves to lose his medical license for such intellectually dishonest admittance.  I would not trust him to put ice on a bruise, much less put my life into the hands of someone so absolutely base in the field in which someone wasted the time it took to put their signature on his diploma.

Ron Paul is still a great guy though, right?  Well, not if you work for him, he isn’t.  The campaign manager that came up with the entire ‘R[evol]ution’ met his fate in evolution, when pneumonia got the best of him.  Ironically enough, working for a Medical Doctor killed him.

Good thing Ron Paul is all about medicine for the average American, putting healthcare up there on a priority list we’d expect to see in anyone that is an esteemed member of the medical community.*

*      Ron Paul does not give a shit about your healthcare, either.

Kent Snyder, who created the most annoying political campaign in Internet history, didn’t have insurance because Ron Paul did not provide it to him.

Back in better times, you know, when Kent was alive and all, he didn’t have to worry.  But pneumonia has a cute way of dealing with the uninformed.  He probably tried to pray it away.

Well, since Ron Paul is all about community, churches and charities chipping in to help out with expenses, with Kent having left his family with $400,000 in debt over his medical bills, let’s check in to see where they’re at with that:

Where’s the Money Bomb now, huh?

Well, couldn’t they just print up more at that quasi-government institution called the Federal Reserve?

Tod your unsourced diatribes with supposed quote from Ron Paul are getting a little tedious. Let me see if I can help you out :

Ron Paul on evolution.

Evolution doesn't support atheism nor diminish God

The creationists frown on the evolutionists, and the evolutionists dismiss the creationists as kooky and unscientific. Lost in this struggle are those who look objectively at all the scientific evidence for evolution without feeling any need to reject th notion of an all-powerful, all-knowing Creator. My personal view is that recognizing the validity of an evolutionary process does not support atheism nor should it diminish one's view about God and the universe. From my viewpoint, this is a debate about science and religion (and I wish it could be more civil!) and should not involve politicians at all. Why can't this remain an academic debate and not be made the political issue it has become? The answer is simple. Both sides want to use the state to enforce their views on others. One side doesn't mind using force to expose others to prayer and professing their faith. The other side demands that they have the right never to be offended and demands prohibition of any public expression of faith.

Ron Paul on prayer in school along with VOTING RECORD on same:

School prayer is not a federal issue

[Limits on Constitutional authority] holds true for issues like prayer in schools. Such issues were never meant to be decided by federal judges. The whole point of the American Revolution was to vindicate the principle of local self government.
Source: The Revolution: A Manifesto, by Ron Paul, p. 61 , Apr 1, 2008

If your gonna put quotes in your articles get em right and source them please!
By the way I'm totally against prayer in school and believe in Evolution and I find NOTHING incompatible with anything he is quoted as saying that would interfere with my beliefs OR be in conflict in any way with 1st amendment of the Constiution. Which was one of the false main assertions of your article. And even more, I am impressed by what he DOES voted NO on school prayer.
Dont get me wrong I do have some problems his gay rights, and his racist newsletter. The point is that if he is not elected and reverses such atrocities as the Patriot Act , NDAA 2012, and the SOPA act. And he is the only one that will do that. Discussions such as we are having now could land us in one of those non-existent FEMA camps you talk about. Or allow us be arrested as a terrorist or just associating with a terrorist or belligerent group as defined by the President or his "designee" whoever that might be, for simply owning a gun, to going to an anti death penalty group meeting. Who incidentally I have sourced proof that the FBI and local police are already doing ala COINTELPRO tactics. We know what the problem are, I would like to hear some solutions from you.

Ron Paul though admittedly not perfect by any means is our last best hope to change the Totalitarian State that is currently in place. Read NDAA 2012 sec. 1021 and 1022. That is now a law of the land. Solutions are what we need now brother and in the Political arena Dr. Paul is our ONLY choice.

Voted NO on allowing school prayer during the War on Terror. (Nov 2001)

Evolution isn't a theological study, so it doesn't stand to support or disprove Atheism. It has nothing to do with it. Evolution is also a fact.

I am always amused by people who say it isn't, or it is just a theory. So, Flu vaccine is a theory? Genetically-modified food is a theory? Both things, used evolutionary biology to be created.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JSW2-Ppfewk

He is dead wrong on the prayer in schools. The Federal Government has to enforce it, it is its right to enforce it. The 1st Amendment is a Federal law, and no state can endorse any religion, whether through Nativity Displays, prayer in school or teaching Intelligent Design. The Federal Government is absolutely right to shut any state down in court that tries to do or say otherwise.

Atheists are 100% in the right here. Atheists do not want any religion, at all, in anything that has funding from the Federal Government, or any government in this nation. All states agree to this law when they become states. If they don't like it, that's tough.

The problems with his gay rights stance is not something I'd be able to brush aside. His views on it are quite archaic, and insanely bigoted.

Dr. Paul isn't the only choice.

Obama is a much better choice than Ron Paul, IF Obama ever decides to act like a progressive.

This nation will die without healthcare being a human right. Obama hasn't touched guns yet, and I doubt he will. From a progressive viewpoint, the right to self-preservation trumps almost every other single right, so I don't see a need for it.

As for solutions, it is kind of simple. Americans need to get their heads out of their ass, and stop pretending what worked 200 years ago, will continue to work. We are never going to be isolationists, and our kids aren't going to compete against the other nations until we address the biggest problem in this nation, education.

I am well aware of all the laws you've mentioned, and the NDAA doesn't surprise me. The only difference now is they had the audacity to put it to paper.

Tod,
Your postings are becoming more deluded and desperate.  Your gonna wait for Obama who just pushed for and signed a bill that has removed your right to due process?  Forgive me but wake the fuck up.  While your waiting you might find yourself "indefinitely detained", but don't worry you'll get a review in 3 years, if they don't decide to execute you without due process.  And please stop twisting Ron Paul's quotes what he said is totally correct. Prayer in school is not the concern of the Federal Govt. " that means he is against them ever imposing it". If they asked him what their role would be if a State imposed it the answer would have been then they have the Constitutional right to intervene.  What State has imposed prayer in school?  Kinda got the cart before the horse and your making a inane argument that is useless, in the attempt to discredit Ron Paul.  If a state did that THEN the Federal Government would have the Constitutional right to intervene.  You said in your bio you hope we're ready for what you have to say, we are. I just hope your ready for the consequences of being misinformed about what is really going on in your county.  It's coming brother and if you don't get correctly informed you and those that depend on you will suffer. You seem to be really angry, but at the wrong people or concepts.  Hope you can channel your anger into something productive, instead of spewing vitriol and half truths can only lead people in the wrong direction in a democracy that is on life support as I said before you could benefit from much more reading of unbiased information that is readily available.  You sound like the millions of brainwashed American who would still vote for a President that just fucked you and the entire country.  I was hoping for more from you.  You have two choices keep waiting for Obama to become something he never was or will be, or continue to seek and find the real truth and act upon that.  I sincerely hope you choose the latter. You could be a great asset to helping this country regain it's freedom instead of one who bitches and waits for something that never will come. Specifically Obama becoming a progressive.  I suppose the Jews hoped Hitler would eventually become a moderate.  Those who forget history are doomed to repeat it.  Still love you bro I write out of concern for ALL Americans including  you.

Firstly, I thought you'd be able to read the links. Apparently you cannot, due to Rupert's fine handling of Myspace. Here are copies of the blogs in question, and a reply, in another posting:
From http://www.myspace.com/dneiw/blog/490590322

At what cost? Defending torture?

I was reading today, and talking to a friend who is familiar with the Torture situation. I'd asked him about the article I read about children being sodomized and raped in Abu Ghraib. He wondered if I was joking, and I told him that the photographs that the Congress had seen in 2004 were apparently in the hands of an an Australian newspaper.

His response was it shouldn't shock me, it isn't like the American government is beyond that.

I then listened to Jesse Ventura openly state he'd be willing to view all the photos as a private citizen, having proper security clearance, and see whether or not the photos should be made public.

I want to know how we got here. People are blasting Obama for releasing this intelligence, going on and on about the troops, and I'm tired of it. I'm tired of the troops being a reason not to do the right thing.

I want to make it clear I am tired of hearing about the troops. Not to demean, denigrate or belittle our men and women in uniform, I most certainly would never do that, but I am tired of them being this invisible barrier that is impenetrable when it comes to what is right and what is wrong.

And torture is very, very wrong.

There is no justification for torture, even if it saves lives. I understand that this is an emotional issue for a lot of people, but thankfully, this nation has a system of laws that does not recognize emotion. Emotional pleas have no place in a debate about the law. I understand a lot of people have family and friends that are in the military, or who may themselves be in or are former military, myself included. But that's no excuse to excuse the law.

The reason why it cannot be justified with saved lives is because it violates what makes life in this nation worth living, our Constitution.

The 8th Amendment is very clear that torture is not only illegal, but it is an act which is forbidden by the law of our entire land.

Amendment VIII

Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

This amendment has protected many from the threat of a tyrannical government punishing you financially, physically or mentally. This amendment is as clear and as defined as the 1st and 2nd Amendments. There is no real debate about what this amendment means, and why this nation adopted it.

We were a nation that dealt with a King who sent his troops to go after a nation that rebelled against the throne, using cruel and unusual punishment against our people. In many times, they tortured our citizens, until they were defeated by the Revolution.

There can be no justification that excuses that are allowed to stand. No worries about putting the troops in harm's way; they're already there.

No excuses saying everyone before Bush did it; that doesn't make it right.

A loophole may have existed about water boarding, and there's little that can probably be done about it. Going forward, obviously, we can rectify any situation that comes up in the future.

But as for the accusations, and apparent proof that young children were raped and sodomized in front of their parents by U.S. Military and Iraqi Military personnel, we must absolutely as a people put these people on trial, from the top down.

That includes whoever knew about this in the White House, up to and including President George W. Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney.

For if they knew, and allowed such activities to carry on, they and whomever followed those orders to torture and to rape, are guilty of treason.

They are guilty of treason due to the fact that they not only did not protect the Constitution of the United States, they have put their nation in harms way by doing so and created a situation that could be used against this nation to spark an international war over the treatment of indigenous peoples abroad when we invade their nations for the hell of it, just to grab their oil.

This is one of many reasons why Iraq was, is and will always be a mistake. I cannot believe that people excuse President Obama for not pulling out and stopping this insanely immoral, unjust and insidious war. How many people have to die before you realize it was wrong?

How can a nation with people sleep at night when many of you justify wars by using them to maintain your lifestyles? The war in Iraq is by many justified by the fact that it was required in order to protect the American way of life.

The American way of life is the same as the soldiers who raped those children in terms of being subject to justice. The American way of life is not above justice, and cannot be carried on utilizing preemptive wars in order to justify its existence.

No one is above justice. No one deserves to get away with a crime against humanity, and no excuse is a reason to allow such behavior. Excuses, unlike reasons, cannot be used to justify that pattern of a nation in the way it conducts geopolitical matters.

This nation has to look at itself in the mirror, and especially anyone that has a child. I want you to ask yourself, what if that had been you, having to watch your child. I want you to imagine the screams, the terror as you watch a man penetrate your son or daughter anally, violently. I want you to then look at the uniform on that man, and you tell me that makes what he is doing OK, because he's doing it, for us.

It doesn't make it ok. It makes it even worse.

I would never, ever want a soldier, as a former soldier, for anyone to do that in MY name, in my nation's name. In fact, if they did that with that uniform on, I would hope that they are put to death for such a war crime. Violations of the Constitution are as awful in a court of law as a violation of the Geneva Convention, the only difference being that we prosecute treason over war crimes.

The truth is coming, and there is no stopping it. Obama can't stop it. The Congress cannot stop it, and the Pentagon cannot stop it.

The truth is coming.

From 2008:

A Complete Nightmare: It is almost over

I was accosted by a McCancer supporter in a smoothie place yesterday, and I got to remind him that it's almost over. He asked what is almost over, and I responded, The Nightmare.

This presidency has been a nightmare for everyone. From the hardcore liberals to the God-loving Conservatives, I can't find anyone anymore who can say this President has done any good for this nation. In fact, his own supporters are too stupid to name one accomplishment of the Bush administration.

You know, Obama will probably win this year. But let us say he doesn't. Even if McCain wins, on January 20, 2009, there will many celebrations in this nation because Bush is finally gone.

This nation is fractured beyond repair. 8 years of pure stupidity will not go unchecked. Our nation isn't the best anymore. America isn't the greatest nation on the planet. You're talking about a nation whose very existence is built on top of over 100,000,000 million plus dead native Americans, similarly disgusting amounts of dead slaves, immigrants and the oppressed. Hell, we went to 'liberate' Iraq, and in the process, killed more people than Saddam Hussein did.

A nation that worships its military is doomed to die, deservedly so.

For that nation is the Fascist nation, and a Fascist nation does not deserve to live. That nation deserves the righteous retribution of those it oppresses, and nothing further than a brutish brand of righteous justice in the form of a most violent and silenced end.

This way of life is a sin. The American Dream is the World's Nightmare, and you don't even realize it, because it's a problem over 'there'. How many have seen 'over there'? I don't mean Iraq or Afghanistan, but rather, the world you seek to oppress? Hunger and preventable diseases kill MILLIONS a year, a new age holocaust, and you shop at the mall?

In a world without justice, this is how things are. It has nothing to do with tags like communism, socialism or anarchy. The world is missing justice, a missing feature of a connected world that is so loud in its silence, that it can no longer be ignored.

I pray for Americans.

I don't pray to God. I pray out loud to the thin air, because I'm praying God isn't really real. I'm praying so, because if God listened to prayers, the overwhelming majority of them would ask for the deaths of this nation, and with just cause.

American capitalism run amok has caused wars like Vietnam and Iraq. Oh sure, who gave a fuck that LBJ owned the very airline that flew our troops to Vietnam or the fact that he had business holdings and land holdings on all airstrips in the nation? Who cares? It only cost this nation 59,000+ young men, a lot of whom never had the choice.

Who cares that the only opportunity we give today's youth is to join a military, most of which wouldn't have been intelligent enough to enlist 20 years ago. The ASVAB score is around 30 now to get in. Anyone who gets below 50 is too stupid to be allowed near light machinery, much less a rifle.

But that's just it.

America, you're too stupid, gluttonous and self-concerned.

Now we have too many fucking homeless people in this nation, who you can smell from yards away, begging for your money. And we send out the good, hard working people in this nation to the streets? They join the ranks of the vile, so they can be victimized daily by swine who walk our streets?

This is why you don't vote for people like John McCain, who put the 'troops' first.

The Troops....

They're soldiers. Stop acting like they are any different than you. The difference between most soldiers and most people that support them?

The soldiers had the guts to sign on the dotted line.

The hero worship has to end sometime.

And putting little yellow ribbons on your piece of shit SUV's won't displace the guilt you feel for sending them into a desert to die for no fucking reason, either, people.

SO if you want to save America, I have one suggestion for all of you, and it AIN'T voting for Obama.

It's voting for Ron Paul.

LIKE I AM!

And one of my favorites, a Fuck You to Bush supporters, traitors, the entire lot of them:
http://www.myspace.com/dneiw/blog/527325579

You're mad now? Only now?

Then it all crashes down,
and you break your crown,
And you point your finger,
but there's no one around.

Just want one thing,
just to play the king,
but the castle's crumbled,
and you're left with just a name,
where's your crown King Nothing?

I watched a report this evening about people in this nation being angry. They elected Scott Brown, and all of the sudden, people think we're returning to this great tent revival conservatism. But that's not what is really happening, at all.

People of every stripe are very angry right now, having felt like they've been turned upside down and shaken for every penny that could be dropped from their pockets. That's the way it is, and was supposed to be.

It started on the border of that sovereign nation of Iraq that most of you supported invading, making us no better a nation than the USSR or Nazi Germany. An illegal war you wanted, because you felt unsafe, an insane proposition you supported fully knowing it was all over the way you felt entitled to live above your means, above the heads of those you step on to live in your lifestyle.

It all came crashing down, and you're angry?

Do you ever stop to think that maybe those people in the nations you supported destroying like Iraq, aren't angry?

Declaring a war on a nation that didn't even attack us, and you wonder why this nation is in shambles?

It's called Karma, bitch.

"I wish I may,
I wish I might,
have this wish I wish tonight.

I want that star,
I want it now,
I want it all and I don't care how..."

We deserve this. You who supported Iraq deserve your foreclosure, whereas your sane neighbor that didn't support what you did out of fear, suffers next to you.

Do you think the jobs are coming back? They aren't.

Do you think we're recovering? We aren't.

And did you stupid fucking Bush supporters ever stop to look at the situation, and realize, "Wait... We're in 2 theaters of war, and our economy sucks...What's up with that?"

No, you didn't. You blame liberals and like you always will. You aren't offering a solution, but you have plenty of bullshit to pedal. Truly proving you've been asleep for 8 years, you wake up in a rage when people have the audacity to elect one of those liberal colored politicians. You say you're tax enough, yet don't realize Obama hadn't even had a chance to tax you yet when you started, and gave most of you tax cuts.

That's cool though, since life is so much easier with your eyes on your scripture, your head up your ass, and you sleep through most of it, as long as you think you have it made.

Support a war that is so immoral, it helps bring America to its knees. Brilliant.

Do you know what the worst thing in the world is?

Burying a young person. I can't think of anything worse than burying a child, and I have seen families do it thanks to this war.

And what do you tell them? That they died protecting freedom?

Would you have the audacity to tell a bold-faced lie to a grieving mother? I know I do not have the heart to tell them they died defending a nation that is wrong, and for no good reason at all. It's a tough pill to swallow when it is your friend, I cannot imagine what it would be like as a parent.

And Obama is no saint. He's sending more people into Afghanistan, in a war we won't win, for what? To clean up Bush's mistakes?

Trying to win a war on terrorism is like pulling apart a grilled cheese sandwich, leaving the bread perfect. It's not going to happen. Didn't stop drugs, and if what they said on the news today is true, teen pregnancy, either.

Americans don't even care, to be honest. Two wars, going on longer than WW2, and it isn't even headline news anymore. Like one Marine said, "America isn't at war, America is at the mall."

Deal with it, and accept the fact that you're supporting the murdering of hundreds of thousands of innocent lives, more than Saddam took. You replaced a bad guy we supported and funded, with a corporate slave state. Then you had the audacity to call it 'freedom.'

If you gave so much as a single ounce about human dignity against despotic governments, you would have toppled the government of Myanmar before any other. But you do not give a shit. You just do what Glenn Beck says is a good idea, and act like fools on street corners with your poor spelling on the stupid signs you hold up.

I don't have to fight you, and won't. That's one reason I've been gone from Myspace, because of people like that. I don't have to fight, because I have nothing to prove. Calling me liberal isn't an insult; it's a badge of honor.

But many a conservative have heard the call to arms, alongside me. Those who stand with me, above political leanings, above religion, above anything other than the right to be free men and women, those are who I want to be aligned with.

I have things going on in my life. I have lead a life that is worthy of commendation, and have no problem saying that when it was time to put up or shut up, I put up. When my nation needed real help, I did something that this government wouldn't.

When they ask me what I think, all I ask is, "What the fuck have you done that made any difference to anyone?"

You're free now, and most of you are losing your homes, jobs, and cars. Free in your bitterness, in your racial rhetoric. Free of having any ability to hold down a lifestyle you don't even deserve.

And that is what makes me smile.

"Careful to what you wish,
careful to what you say...

Careful to what you wish,
you may regret it,
Careful to what you wish,
YOU JUST MIGHT GET IT!"

It is easy to not respect Ron Paul. He is a homophobic bigot who liberally drops words like queer on video.

That's not the kind of guy I need in the White House, or that I trust with this nation's security. If you're so lost inside your own beliefs that gay people are considered queer, considered less than straight people, you don't represent me whatsoever.

Sadly, it took Bruno to bring this truth out.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F7RnlPQCKBQ

"As queer as the blazes."

And what is to say I want to save the other side, the Tea Party? What's to say I'm interested in helping them, at all?

I wouldn't piss on them to put them out if I set them on fire, after drinking a keg of warm beer on a winter's day. I'd rather bask in their suffering.

I hate them.

And I suppose you would too, in my shoes. How many friends did you bury while their buddy Bush drove wars for profit and choice into Iraq, and A-Stan? On my 25th Birthday, I was informed a friend from New Jersey was the first suicide bomber casualty in Iraq.

I have to laugh when you tell me to open my mind, when all you seemed to have done was open a link, and think you know what is really happening in this world.

If you read about it on InfoWars, if you know about it, you can't be intellectually honest with yourself to think that somehow 'they' don't already know about it, or didn't put it there as a plant.

Who is to say you aren't being watched right now?

Well, you are, actually.

I can tell you that, because all communications in this nation has been since the second half of the 90's. There's little that can be done about it, either. Because of the basic open structure of the internet, anyone can monitor anyone, really.

It isn't hard. The biggest limitation isn't even legal. No one goes to a court to get a warrant, why bother? You can just blackmail any judge into giving you what you want, since you have the contents of their hard drive copied in another nation, on a remote server.

Encryption doesn't much matter, when they have all the encryption keys an American could ever have. That's why Assange was wanted, was because he had the key they did not.

Clearly your understanding of how 'they' operate is askew. If you knew how many levels into the dream we really were, you'd enjoy life instead of worrying about something you can't unravel. They control humanity not through programs, or medicine, or the TV.

They control humanity through its abiding and willing ways, through the process of making them pray for slavery. They continue to push a myth in religion, while trying to craft their own.

And when they get tired of us, they'll target us with fashioned viruses to remove us, one group at a time. First the Mexicans with H1N1, as you saw.

Then, the rest.

And what the fuck are you going to do about it?

Nothing.

Because you can't.

That's a reality no one likes to admit. While so many, as the old man said of the young ones, run from what it is they fear, I have chosen to walk to it.

Ron Paul is a joke to me. The entire system is, and you're sitting here preaching about how he can save America.

The problem with America isn't the powers that be, it's the have-nots who refuse to realize they have the power of numbers on their side, and to take the power back.

That's the problem. The stupid, asshats who worship at the altar of Kardashian, instead of listening to what Schrodinger taught us.

STOP PETTING THE FUCKING CAT! THE CAT IS NOT IMPORTANT!

Either be, or be not, but be a force, and do NOT be quiet.

Tod,
So let me get this straight your not going to vote for a guy who said "queer" after he was sexually harassed under pretense of being ambushed by Sasha Baron Coen for a comedy movie?!?!?  When what is at stake is the continued freedom and possible change of our country into one that it was intended to be.  Where are your beliefs in the " higher angels of man" as Lincoln said?  Yes Tod the world is a terrible place, bigotry, racism, unneeded starvation and wars, but as usual you miss the point.  My sources are many and credible certainly more than a Bruno video on You Tube, are you kidding, certainly a reach. Don't panic we're just having a conversation.  You still need to explain your pro Paul posts as a response to my earlier critique.  That ones Twilight Zone like.  And as usual HALF of what you say is correct.  The ANGER always the anger maybe you have good reasons for your loss of faith of anything outside yourself.  I have had many if not similar, terrible things happen in my life.  We my friend have just learned different lessons.  Two things I have learned; 1. The only certain thing in life is change, further that the individual is only thing you are capable of changing, yourself.  This may sound small in your terms, but a changed individual CAN change the world and that is how it will happen.  We have the numbers,  if we all or a majority of human beings change to beings who truly care for one another and practice what we preach, THE ENTIRE WORLD WILL CHANGE! This can only take place one human at a time that's why it has taken so long, not to mention the sometimes existent or non-existent forces you admit to knowing or not knowing about, work to prevent just that.  2. Anger and Self pity are the two most destructive and useless emotions that exist. Look what they've done to you my friend.  In your writings you appear to be a bitter, non caring, hopeless person. Yet you continue to reach out for interaction. That angry individual symbolized by your screen name a "monster" pen name is not the real Tod I fear.  It may be a window into how you feel about the world and your part in it.  Individuals that changed themselves such as Ghandi, Martin Luther King, to name just a very few HAVE changed this world for the better.  They were not perfect either.Do you suppose they ever got angry or used inappropriate language? Would that somehow disqualify them as leaders for a positive change?  Your words paint a bleak picture of the world, hopeless.  If that is the case so be it, but just because I am pointing out some unpleasant truths don't paint me with your brush.  I'm not promoting disaster, I am promoting AWARENESS and Hope.  I believe you said the same in your own words WE have the numbers. You also mentioned in another post that laying down your life for an imaginary friend would be a waste.  The friends are not imaginary, they are our fellow human beings.  That's what I meant by "I disagree with half of what you say but would die for your right to live free and be able to say anything you want".   That my friend is one of the principles this nation was founded on.  Giving your life willingly to protect the rights of someone (not imaginary) but someone you might not even know.  That my friend is the essence and the value of Liberty.  As long as there is breath there is hope.  I pray, don't know exactly what or who to.   My prayer for you is that you be released from the blindness that ANGER AND FEAR causes in the human spirit.  I read your posts I care about you as a fellow human being and I don't even know you.  I do however have in the past had intimate relationships with fear and anger and all they did was blind me to what is really important in life.  In a word LOVE, the love for our fellow humans, our families, our pets.  LOVE is stronger than hate , stronger than fear, stronger than any army or bad thing evil forces have planned for this country.  LOVE will be our only savior, for each other, that is what facilitates change in the individual and that POWER in many individuals can accomplish ANYTHING!  Love is the only real thing in the levels of reality you mention and will be the only thing we leave behind or take with us when we go.  What will be your legacy Tod?  I pray one of LOVE, transformation, and doing the work you were put here for and maybe choose before you got here.  The work? What is it?  Change the world for the better and leave it better than you found it.  As always my wishes of PEACE, LOVE, AND LIBERTY go out to you and your family.  Your country and the world need you, I need you, as Quantum Physics proves mathematicly, WE ARE ALL ONE.

Cat got you tongue? Lemme hear a coherent, adult, response. I don't think you have what it takes! Yet anyway. Toddo.

Are you asking me to write a clear, adult, coherent response because you don't know how to give one?

Don't have what it takes? LOL

I can't wait to see what you'll be saying when Ron Paul drops out of the race defeated. It should be hilarious. I can imagine it will go along the lines of something like our Republic is dying, blah blah blah, New World Order, blah blah, Bilderberg, Info Wars blah blah blah.

But you don't get it, and you probably won't ever get it.

But I was busy with my kids, watching an insane playoff game last night and getting laid. So I put my tongue on the cat, in some form.

I have noticed when your aurguments have been exposed or debunked you dont respond. No I won't give up on you yet. And if he drops out at least I will know I did everything I could to make sure at least we had a shot at turning it around. Then I will work with the Senators and Representatives that voted NO on NDAA. Like I told you if you read it I will spend every moment I have left on this earth DOING SOMETHING to defend liberty and make sure our country proceeds in a better direction. I don't want to see the look on your face when the economy collapses and you have to adhere to Martial law or worse. Even the "cat" might react to that. "Religion is no longer the opiate of the masses" FOOTBALL is! It makes some men feel like there still men, despite the fact they allow their freedoms to be taken while they sup beer and cheer from their recliners. Hope you enjoyed the game.
